Guidelines for submission of papers

1. Submissions are welcomed in the English-language.
2. Manuscript files should be submitted in Microsoft Word.
3. All articles should use author-date in-text citations, including all authors' full first and last names.
4. All material, including extracts, endnotes, references, appendixes, and captions for illustrations, must be double-spaced.
5. Article submissions should be between 10,000 and 12,000 words in length.
6. All manuscripts must be accompanied by a 400-500 word abstract (page 2).
7. Embedded footnotes or endnotes should be avoided; rather, notes should be created as regular text and placed before the references.
8. All tables must be in word processing files rather than spreadsheet or database files.
9. Author's complete mailing address and phone/fax/e-mail information must appear on the title page of the manuscript, along with a brief biographical statement.
10. The author's name and address should appear only on the title page of the manuscript. The author's name or any other information which could identify the author should not appear in the abstract or manuscript.
